I practice and teach yoga because it feels good during and after the practice, like that first natural stretch upon waking each morning. I practice and teach yoga for the benefits to mind, mood, health, quality sleep, and overall well-being. These benefits are available to everyone in whatever current state each body is in. All practices can be adapted for any existing limitations.
