Interdisciplinary, Inquiry Based Yoga
Instruction includes dynamic movement, breath work, and
guided relaxation with a focus on opening and stretching the body,
mind, and spirit. Students will gain flexibility, strength,
stamina, and learn ways to reduce the effects of stress in everyday
life. All classes are designed to support any level, modifications for beginners and gentle students are always offered.
