Interdisciplinary, Inquiry Based Yoga

Instruction includes
dynamic movement, breath work, and guided relaxation with a focus on opening and stretching the body, mind, and spirit.  Students will gain flexibility, strength, stamina, and learn ways to reduce the effects of stress in everyday life.
  All classes are designed to support any level, modifications for beginners and gentle students are always offered.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga during pregnancy creates comfort and well being during the important gestational period, increases confidence during labor, and enhances recovery postpartum.  This practice is specially tailored for expectant women during any time of pregnancy.  It feels great!
